NOTES:
Prior to the Herr Voss strand-tension, the control panels and main components are Cincinnatti-Forte
After the tensioner, the recoiler is 55,000 lb. cap. rebuilt in 2020. with Cincinnati-Forte, 200 HP, G-E, DC, VS drive,
This recoiler gear-reducer was rebuilt June, 2019, by Unigear.  It has a  ~ 20″ mandrel, that pushes slit coils
off to the turnstile, coil handling, then to banding and palletizing stations.
The line includes two  220 KVA  3-phase transformers from 440 to 550 volts
So this unit can operate anywhere in Canada or USA.
SHIPPING:
As this slitting line is beside our Warehouse #4, (see Machineco.ca -page bottom), we saw it running
almost daily, whenever we visited our warehouse. until just a few months ago.
The former operator moved to brand new premises, with some robotic equipment.
We have 24 / 7 access to the warehouse, with two 30 ton overhead cranes and forklifts.
There is good truck access indoors under the cranes.
