Multislide and fourslide metal stamping: many customers seeking traditional stamping are happy to learn that designing and manufacturing with a fourslide or multislide stamping service does a more efficient AND economical job. Rather than using conventional progressive die tooling, a fourslide (aka multislide) is a unique type of fabricating machine that can consistently make and hold close-tolerance parts very economically, due to its high cyclic rate. Multislides can also work with no scrap! Using both flat stock and wire, fourslide machines facilitate making complete bent parts in both wire and flat material at a much smaller cost than a traditional CNC wire-forming machine.

We have sources that can design and manufacture custom fourslide metal stampings and fourslide tooling to accommodate small stamped components from flat stock, or intricate wireforms from round or square wire. Products made on multislides include connectors, clips, contacts, fasteners, hangers, retainers and wireforms for many kinds of industries, and for lots of applications that cannot easily be manufactured any other way.
