This machine was purchased in new-unused condition to do a specific job – namely to cut three parallel slots, 5 mm wide and 3 in deep in milds steel stock.(MS). However the contract was cancelled before the machine could be put to work. It is no longer needed which is why it is now being offered at this very low price. This is essentially a “new” machine. Yes it IS made in China, but by a reliable mfr of both conventional and CNC milling machine, since 1952. They holds high quality certificates from the Ministry of Industry!
